Base on research, 75% pregnancy in the world are un-planned pregnancy. To improve the health quality during the pregnancy and giving birth, we need a well planned pregnancy. Couple should consider their age during pregnancy planning, too old couple would have greater Down Syndrome Risk on their babies.

Mom's health four months before the conception determine the baby's health. Mom should have medical examination concerning Rubella virus to prevent babies physical defect. It's also important for mom to consume supplement food that contains folic acid (folate) to prevent nerve disorder on babies.
Mom should avoid such activities that can endanger the unborn babies such as alcohol consuming, smoking, bad food consuming, drugs consuming, etc. Mom should pay attention to their weight during pregnancy, mom should consult their doctor for the ideal weight. Rutine physical exercise is also important during pregnancy. Other Hereditical Physical Disorder can be consulted with their doctor to avoid abnormal genetic appearing on the baby.
